Wonders of Wildlife (WOW) offers camps and classes for students K-12. They had been struggling with creating a consistent behavior management system that supported a variety of students in different locations.

Dr. Adams met with the WOW team and discussed their needs, drafted a plan and proposed the work necessary to support the team. Then she delivered a WOW tailored training that fostered collaboration, ownership, and engagement in developing their own behavior management system. The training providing opportunity for input, a variety of planning materials, reinforcement charts and ideas specific to WOW, as well as time to engage in role playing and problem-solving.

When A. Moore was asked to rate her overall experience she gave a 5 star rating.

Stating "The structure of the program made the material easy to understand and fun to learn! Our team has been in many training sessions and professional development courses and they responded so well to this program! This has been one of, if not the most successful professional development we have provided and the material will help us greatly, as we move through our programming!"

Additionally, she added that "having "add-ons" so that we can continue learning and know what time/cost is associated with each service!"
